Cardio Drumming Workshop:
Learn some fun drumming moves and enjoy toning and stretching at the same time.
Drumming is a high energy fun movement class combining drumsticks, an exercise ball, and an a yoga ball. Drumming and steps combine the high energy drumming with muscle toning. Super fun! Balls and sticks are provided. Wear comfortable clothing and no street shoes. Bring a clean pair of shoes. If you would like to bring your own yoga ball and sticks is great as well.
